BASFAY Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how BASFAY Uniforms Kenya handles website use, orders, payments, pickup, delivery, returns and customer support.
Orders, product details and availability
Product photos, prices, sizes and stock information are provided to help customers choose uniforms, but availability can change before an order is confirmed. BASFAY may contact you to confirm school details, sizes, colour requirements, delivery choices or substitutions before fulfilment.
Payments and order confirmation
Orders may require payment confirmation before pickup, delivery or dispatch. Do not share one-time passwords, payment PINs or account credentials with anyone claiming to represent BASFAY.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup may be coordinated from Kangemi and delivery may be arranged within Nairobi where available. Delivery timelines depend on confirmation, stock readiness, payment status and the delivery location provided by the customer.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled under the BASFAY returns policy. Customers should review the returns and exchanges policy and contact support promptly if there is a sizing, damage, wrong-item or fulfilment concern.
Customer accounts and private pages
Account, order history, checkout and support-case pages are customer-state pages. They are not intended for search indexing and may require authentication, order details or verification before information is shown.
Support and updates
BASFAY may update these terms as the website, payment options and support flows change. For order-specific help, use the Support Center.
