BASFAY Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want school-uniform issues handled clearly and fairly. This page explains return windows, sizing exchanges, wrong-item support, item-condition requirements, Kangemi pickup coordination, and Nairobi delivery exchange guidance.

2-day window Contact BASFAY within 2 days of receiving your order.
Good condition Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, and in good condition.
Review first Refunds and exchanges are reviewed after BASFAY confirms the item.

Sizing exchange guidance

School-uniform sizing can vary by item style and student fit. If the size is not right, contact support early so BASFAY can check available sizes and guide you on exchange options.

Size exchanges are considered only when the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, and in good condition.

Changed mind or selected wrong size

If you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, BASFAY may review an exchange request within 2 days, provided the item meets the condition requirements.

Return or exchange delivery costs may depend on the case and will be coordinated with support before movement.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Customized, altered, embroidered, or name-printed items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or clearly used.
  • Items not in good, clean, resellable condition.
These items are not returnable unless BASFAY made an error or the item is confirmed to be defective.

Kangemi pickup & Nairobi delivery

For pickup orders, support will help coordinate item confirmation or exchange arrangements at Kangemi Market.

For Nairobi delivery orders, contact support before sending anything back so the delivery or exchange process can be coordinated correctly for your case.

How to request return or exchange support

Contact support Reach BASFAY within 2 days of receiving your order.
Share order details Include your order number and the phone number used when ordering.
Add photos if needed Photos help with wrong, damaged, defective, or condition-related cases.
Wait for confirmation Refunds and exchanges are reviewed after BASFAY confirms the item.
