Transactions can be settled instantly using M-Pesa PayBill, online debit/credit cards (via Paystack), or cash during order collections.

M-Pesa PayBill

Settle your invoice directly from your Safaricom line using our official business channel:

Important: Enter your unique Order Number or your Phone Number as the Account Number when prompted by M-Pesa.

How to Pay via M-Pesa

1. Open your M-Pesa menu toolkit or application.
2. Select Lipa na M-Pesa.
3. Select PayBill.
4. Enter Business Number: 4039391.
5. Enter your Order Number (or Phone Number) as the Account Reference.
6. Enter the exact order amount, fill in your PIN, and confirm payment.

Card Payments

We support global debit and credit card checkouts managed securely via Paystack.

All card transactions are securely processed through Paystack using industry-standard security measures. BASFAY Uniforms does not store your card credentials.

Cash Payments

Physical cash payments are strictly accepted during physical pick-ups at our main branch in Kangemi, Nairobi, or for approved bulk corporate accounts.
